This isn't anything crafty, but I'd like to send a shout out to my cousin, Jodi who told me about this product from Trader Joes (you think I would have known about it since my hubby works there, oh well) This stuff is awesome and a better alternative to plain rice as a side dish. And it is still way easy to prepare. My 3 year old asked for seconds the first time I made it.

I made it as a side dish to grilled chicken one night- delish! So if you live by a Trader Joe's go and pick up a bag. I know it's less than $3.00 a bag.
