I found this fabulous idea on Make and Takes...
This is what my 2 year old will be giving to his Daddy for Father's Day! I let the 2 year old stuff the 'snake'... and he had so much fun doing it.... he told his Daddy as soon as he saw him! (there goes that surprise.)
